Description

1. The dyeing process is fully automated, only need to load glass slides, and there is no need for
human intervention during operation.
2. When the dyeing is completed, the stained pieces have been centrifuged and dried (the rotating
speed reaches 950 RPM during centrifugation) and can be directly used for microscopic
examination.
3. Gram dyeing meets the three-step dyeing method of machine dyeing standard and the
four-step manual dyeing method.
4. Support the setting of engineers to make the dyeing more refined. The (sputum, leucorrhea),
(urine, pleural effusion and ascites, quality control bacteria) and blood culture are divided into
three categories, with professional staining settings. Achieve the most ideal dyeing effect.
Support the professional dyeing setting of the operator, so that the dye can be attached to the
microorganism instantly.
5. High pressure centrifugal spray dyeing or injection dyeing is adopted, and the glass slides are
placed horizontally or vertically, imitating manual spray dyeing. The reagent dosage is saved,
and there is no cross contamination between slides. The dyeing is uniform and bright without
flake.
6. Brushless DC motor is adopted (no ignition of brush motor) the product is safer, with long
service life, low power consumption and low noise.
7. 12 glass plates, up to 180 glass plates can be dyed per hour. 24 glass discs, which can stain
more than 200 glass discs per hour.12 glass plates, up to 190 glass plates can be dyed per
hour.
8. The dyeing time is about 4-5 minutes.
9. Dyeing level: crystal violet dye solution 9, iodine solution 9 and magenta dye solution 9.
10. 7-inch large screen operation display, full Chinese operation interface, and the number of slides
can be customized. Totally enclosed system, no need to be close to the water tank and no
pollution to the laboratory environment.
11. The dyeing setting can be selected according to the smear thickness, and the reagent dosage
can be set automatically.
12. Each set of dyeing solution can dye 600 ~ 1000 glass slides.
13. Ethanol cleaning, special flow path cleaning and spray detection, convenient maintenance.
